We are actively seeking professional fine dining waitstaff to join our exceptional customer service team. Our waitstaff have a true passion for the hospitality industry and provide the ultimate fine dining experience, through menu knowledge and outstanding attention to detail.

Essential requirements include a solid foundation in wine, food and spirits with prior fine dining experience. Michael's On East is a contemporary fine dining restaurant featuring an extraordinary supper club atmosphere, inspired cuisine and an intimate piano bar.

Located at 1212 East Avenue South in Midtown Plaza, the iconic restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner 5:00 p.m. to close. The restaurant is closed on Sunday & Monday, with the exception of Easter and Mother's Day each year.

The restaurant is a member of the National Restaurant Association's "Fine Dining Hall of Fame", and received their 31st consecutive AAA Four-Diamond Award in 2021. Michael's On East is consistently at the top of all “best of” lists in the region and has an extensive internationally-recognized wine list. Michael’s is a contemporary fine dining restaurant featuring an extraordinary supper club atmosphere, inspired cuisine and an intimate piano bar.

Michael's On East Catering is Sarasota's premiere caterer, creating memorable events from candlelit dinners for two to dazzling galas for 1,000.

Michael's Wine Cellar hosts more than 1,000 International estate-bottled wines including more than 200 boutique wines under $20, boutique spirits and craft beers. Michael's Wine Cellar is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
