JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide professional and courteous sales support to customer requests and follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To include but not limited to the following:

- Represent Smith Brothers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Assist customers by phone, fax, email and website

- Generate sales and work orders and distribute to the proper dept.

- Track customer orders to ensure on time shipment.

- Provide or direct customer technical assistance as needed.

- Process incoming customer returns and samples for manufacture

- Machined part inspection and QC

- Marketing tasks as assigned

- Update material tracking documentation

- Data entry

- Sales order invoicing when necessary.

- Assist with product shipping when needed.

- Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Automotive/mechanical background required.

- Previous sales or customer service experience needed.

- Engine Assembly or building experience helpful.

- Marketing experience a plus.

- Excellent customer service skills and a customer focused attitude.

- Computer skills/experience a must.

- Active Listener.

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers

- Good telephone etiquette.

- Possess good general math skills.

- Familiar with precision measuring equipment.

- Adaptable team player able to work with minimal supervision.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Works primarily in an office environment.

- Majority of time in a sitting position
