Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Digitial Marketing Manager (remote) to join our growing team!

Position Overview

Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:


A Day in the Life

  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
  • May oversees advertising, events and public relations

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired
  • Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses including but not limited to PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future business growth.
  • Working alongside Senior Stakeholders, Digital Team, and business unit Marketing leaders, establish a best of breed approach to the use of marketing technology.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organization's broader digital strategy and efforts
  • Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and business leaders.
  • Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.

  • Computer/Technical:
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
  • Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
