We are seeking a Sr. Digitial Marketing Manager (remote) to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization

Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives

Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects

Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors

May oversees advertising, events and public relations
We are looking for someone who brings
-
Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor
-
1-3 years supervisory experience may be required
-
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired
-
Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses including but not limited to PPC, SEO, and SEM.

Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future business growth.

Working alongside Senior Stakeholders, Digital Team, and business unit Marketing leaders, establish a best of breed approach to the use of marketing technology.

Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organization's broader digital strategy and efforts

Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.

Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and business leaders.

Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.

Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills

Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
