We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic Staff Pharmacist to play a key role in our growing company. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. We are looking for candidates who are interested in being part of an exceptional team that is committed to helping customers live healthier, happier lives.

Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2023 (new graduates can start after licensing rather than May 1st)

We are closed on Sundays and any hire will be placed in our current Saturday rotation of every 3rd weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Explain effects of medication and answer questions.
• Understand medication interactions, contraindications, and side effects and discuss with patients.
• Administer medications according to standard pharmacy procedures.
• Reconcile prescription charges with insurance companies.
• Oversee interns and pharmacy staff members.
• Assess customer satisfaction.
• Understand types of insurance plans, such as Medicare and Medicaid, as well as prescription drug plans.
• Basic Compounding
• Administer Vaccinations
• MTM

Requirements:

• PharmD or RPh from an accredited college of pharmacy
• NC Pharmacist license current and in good standing
• 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, Motivated, Customer oriented, Great attitude, Drive business
• Able to work Full Day shifts (10 hr)
• Vaccination Certified and willing to administer vaccinations

Pay: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour
