Encore Events Rentals is a local, family-owned event rental company with locations in Sonoma and Napa Counties, specializing in event rentals of tables, chairs, tents, dinnerware, and furniture throughout Wine Country and the greater Bay Area. Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Swing Driver who has great customer service experience, warehouse experience, and people skills and is capable of working directly with clients, venues, and co-workers. Drivers must be physically capable of supporting Installers and the Warehouse Team with safe loading, unloading, and timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a box truck ranging from 16 ft. to 26 ft. in length
• Load, transport, deliver, and unload items to clients in a safe, timely manner
• Greet clients upon arrival, presenting yourself in a professional and friendly manner
• Delegate expectations and order details with the Delivery Team while onsite
• Communicate with Dispatch regularly to report any missing items or client issues
• Familiarize yourself with rental products including tables, chairs, dancefloor, stage, kitchen equipment, screens, lounge furniture, heaters, linen, warewash items, and more
• Work as scheduled based on company requirements – including weekends

To stand out you’ll need to

Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have 1-2 years of experience driving class C box trucks, preferred but not required
Possess and maintain a current, valid California driver’s license
Have a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments
Consent to a background check and DMV pull
Be proficient in English and Spanish, preferred but not required
