System Administrator - Endpoints

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional night and weekend project work. After-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Education: Technology-related degrees, certifications, and/or workplace experience are preferred.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems
- Extensive knowledge of desktop computing devices
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with server hardware
- Experience with wired and wireless networking technologies
- Familiarity with patching and endpoint security
- Familiarity with server backup technologies
- Experience working in help desk / support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, install, and manage workstations, servers, printers, and networking devices
- Provide technical support to end users, prioritizing new and existing help desk request
- Exercise discretion and organize appropriate teams/members for problem escalation and resolution
- Provide telephony and conferencing solutions and support
- Develop endpoint configuration standards
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Coordinate testing and installation of new software and technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve wired and wireless connectivity problems
- Manage user and computer accounts
- Coordinate with vendors and staff to complete assigned projects
- Complete all other tasks as assigned

The position will office in New Ulm, TX. Day time travel is occasionally required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
