Summary of position

As a Systems Administrator, you will serve as a server and systems administrator technical expert. This role is an ideal fit for a motivated self-starter and a consummate team player who thrives in a dynamic growth environment.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for maintenance and support of all IT infrastructure and systems
• Recommends the design and configuration of systems to meet business needs
• Implements and maintains systems security

• High level of knowledge of GPO Infrastructure, Windows Service Platforms, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V Troubleshooting of systems such as Citrix, Remote Desktop, and VPN
• Work closely with other departments to ensure their technology needs are met.
• Evaluate the current infrastructure and make recommendations to mitigate any foreseen issues.
• Track and resolve issues and changes using ticketing system.
• Ensures all systems are current with updates and patches.
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience with Server operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directory, virtualization, Firewalls, IP routing.
• Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure) and Microsoft 365
• Ability to create accurate system diagrams and documentation
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
