Must meet SSRC minimum driving standards and have current Drivers license; a successful motor vehicle record background check is required.

Actively participate in staff meetings and daily huddles to discuss cases related to patients social and health needs. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD.

Transfers phone calls and provides phone messages to appropriate staff. Minimum two years customer service/ front desk experience in a clinical setting.
