The candidate may be required to have a valid Michigan drivers license and ability access Pine Rest Transportation Vehicles for the performance of job duties.

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Prepare cash receipts for processing. Back-up and cross-train with the AR Supervisor to post payments, handling any remittance discrepancies promptly.

Coordinate efforts with quality, manufacturing engineering and other support groups to process discrepant material in a timely fashion.

Process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities. Accounts payable/receivable (entering bills, paying them & invoicing).
