Restore Bio Clinic is a Naturopathic Clinic in St. George that is looking to add an energetic, motivated Medical Assistant to our team!

We pride ourselves on our dedication, teamwork, and our ability to assist our patients in their healing journeys with warm and empathetic patient care while working in a relaxing and healthy work environment. This position is Mon- Fri 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities and duties, not limited to the following:

This position will require the candidate to utilize daily hours both in back office clinical setting, and front office work. The majority of the work hours are spend at the front office 80%-20%. General duties listed below:

• Create an environment of trust and open communication with our patients and our team
• Front office tasks: answer phones, schedule patients, check in/out patients, collect money, faxes, filing, etc.
• Prepare supplement mail outs, order supplement inventory
• EMR charting
• Phlebotomy
• Clear and professional Interaction with pharmacies, laboratories, and Physicians’ offices
• Performs IM and SQ injections.
• Responds in a timely manner to patient emails, faxes, and other forms of clinic communication
• Attend mandatory staff meetings

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical assistant with Administration Experience
• 3 years of experience in the medical field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accountability and honesty
