Job Duties and Expectations:
Greet and wait on customers, taking both beverage and food orders
Familiarity with dinner menu to facilitate food service for bar patrons
Ability to learn a POS system for both beverage and food orders
Prepare standard highballs and specialty drinks with speed and precision, according to established recipes
Dispense tap and bottled beers
Uncork and serve wine by the bottle and glass, display basic wine knowledge for recommendations
Display knowledge of inventory and liquor offerings
Maintain a clean and organized bar and work space
Knowledge of cleaning tap lines and replacing empty kegs (will train!)
Account for all cash, credit card, and gift certificate payments
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Effectively communicating with colleagues and customers
Display a great attitude and team player mentality
Must be 18+
