Jim Kircher & Associates, P.C. is seeking an accounting professional to provide a wide variety of services and expertise in accounting practices.

Salary range is $50k - $55+k / year dependent on skill set and experience.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Support assigned clients by performing all accounting, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, payroll/sales tax filing and reporting activities as required.

· Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and presentation of all financial reports and statements on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis

· Ability to recognize and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

· Accurately and timely perform all client related activity

· Assisting clients with payroll and accounting questions

· Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience processing payroll and filing payroll taxes and reports

· Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word

· Experience preparing business and individual tax returns

· Experience working in a small office setting

· Availability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during tax season

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (accounting or business administration preferred) or related work experience.

· Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles

· Strong self-scheduling and management skills to meet deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
