This position as a Key Customer Executive provides comprehensive analysis, planning, and inventory management of assigned key customer’s product flow and service demands.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: On-going thorough assimilation of all key customer product usage, forecast and service requirements; effective planning and sustained re-planning of parts production and effective services to continually meet customer requirements, including planning and coordination with purchasing of certain raw materials; and comprehensive communications and problem solving between the customer and our operations. Continuous audit, system entry, and tactical problem resolution of external customer orders and internal production releases.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
· Regularly analyze assigned key customer parts usage forecasts, inventory levels and plan and re-plan production to assure uninterrupted supply of every part number to respective customers.
· Generate internal production orders assuring proper lot sizes and lead times.
· Communicate with customers regularly about all forecast issues, as well as our production and delivery status when appropriate. Receipt and acknowledgement of customer orders.
· Audit customer orders for accuracy or issues including quantity, pricing, and revision level.
· Particularly track and assist in the progressive flow of all new parts and first-time run activities for assigned customers.
· Communicate with customer to resolve related order problems.
· Enter customer orders and close jobs into N.E.W. business system.
· Enter reschedules into Job Boss.
· Resolves customer needs related to non-conforming product return, as notified by Quality Assurance.
POSITION REQUIRES:
· High School education required. Customer service experience, an Associate or higher business-related degree and two to five years manufacturing administration experience preferred.
· Advanced administrative computer acumen especially with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and manufacturing enterprise databases.
· Advanced analytical, planning, and organizational skills are a must.
· Highly proficient verbal and written communications skills.
