Director of Pharmacy

200 Bed Community Hospital setting. As Director of Pharmacy you will be responsible for coordinating all inpatient and outpatient operations of the pharmacy to provide comprehensive, high quality pharmaceutical care services to all patients served by the Hospital and the Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

• Manage all pharmacy services, supervise all assigned pharmacy staff members
• Coordinate, monitor, develop, and evaluate the activities of the inpatient and outpatient departments

• Establish programmatic goals and assign responsibility to the staff for achievement of those goals.

• Evaluate and interview prospective employee candidates, recommend appointments, advancements

• Work with local clinical pharmacy specialists to monitor drug use for compliance with formulary

• Plan, develop, and integrate pharmacy programs through regular meetings with administrators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
