What We Do: We provide table linen, aprons, towels and uniforms to our food and beverage customers and sheets, towels, patient gowns, scrubs and lab coats to our healthcare customers. Annual Salary range: $58K - $70K

Who We Need: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Service Linen family in Renton, WA. Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will be providing day to day administrative support to our Executive team so our leaders can focus on running and growing the business. Your involvement and delivery of the following tasks will help us achieve our business goals and initiatives.
Essential Functions

1) Assisting with departmental projects such as:
Receiving and Purchasing

  • Processing PO’s and ordering supplies
  • Matching invoices to PO’s on products received
  • Data entry of invoices

Production Team

  • Tracking and entering time records for temporary labor and staff
  • Assisting with onboarding of new hires
  • Maintaining vacation calendar for production staff
  • Basic reporting
  • Plant communications including posting daily work schedule
  • Assist in compiling of training material
  • Assist with certification submissions

Sales and Marketing

  • Data entry
  • Leads distribution
  • Printing and distribution of training and marketing material

2) Coordinating company-wide events and celebrations
3) Assisting Human Resources with Employee Engagement initiatives including Employee newsletters, company intranet, and social media posts

To be successful in this role, you need the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and/or equivalent training and experience
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience or supporting C-level staff
  • Must have effective communication skills with personality and ability to engage with team members from all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and ability to change and adapt is key in ensuring your success and long term job satisfaction.
  • Must be self-driven, results oriented and have strong problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and general computer skills and applications including accurate data entry
  • Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 6 am to 2:30 pm with some Saturdays as needed.
