• By providing maintenance computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers, printers, and other physical hardware
• Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues internally and for our customers
• By investigating and troubleshooting technical issues
• Monitor systems to improve network performance and maintain virus protection software
• Manage and maintain relationships with multiple telecom/networking/hardware vendors
• By provisioning and troubleshooting SIP phones and IP telephony networks.
• You will utilize your technical expertise and savvy to provide technical assistance to staff and customers providing workable solutions and support in a highly consultative capacity
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer/user experience
