As a Professional Services Engineer you have the opportunity to accumulate and demonstrate specialized expertise and skill in our fast-paced team environment. We work to deliver high quality technical standards as well as exceptional customer service while we work with our clients to support them in environments/tasks such as:

• LAN and WAN networking

• Creating and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

• Creating and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and AzureAD environments

• Microsoft, Citrix and/or VMWare Virtualization

• Networking, Routing and Switching hardware

• Configuration and implementation of Firewall, EDR, MDR, SEIM, and other Security Technologies

• Configuration Backup and Recovery software

• EMR/EHR/Practice Management

• Leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously

• Collaborating on new ideas, systems and technologies

• Analyzing and improving existing systems and technologies

Qualifications:

• Customer Service: 3 years
• Windows Support: 5 years
• Able to communicate complex information to a non-technological audience
• Skilled in handling customer concerns in a calm and polished manner
• Ability to adapt on the fly to accommodate priority issues
• Ability to concisely describe or summarize a problem, in writing, including diagnosis and resolution.
• Associates or Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding and experience with ALL Microsoft Windows Server & Application technologies
• Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Office365
• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of networking technologies including TCPIP, Routing & Switching, Firewall Policy Management, Remote Access
• Knowledge and experience with Virtualization Technologies from Citrix and/or VMWare

Bonus Points:

• Background in IT Managed Services
• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications: Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, Meraki, Citrix, Fortinet, CompTIA
