Seeking EXPERIENCED MANAGERS & DEALERS. Solar Energy Partners is one of the leading providers of residential solar energy services. Position Details:

Currently, we are seeking EXPERIENCED Solar Managers & Closers that would like to manage a team of sales consultants in their local area. Mentoring new consultants and closing their first few deals earning extra income besides the management override and personal sales. Our representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including but not limited to: direct sales, personal referrals, community events and social media.

The position requires helping new sales reps close interested customers, running weekly sales meetings. We provide personal assistants to produce powerpoint content for the meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have personally closed 25+ or more self generated solar installs.
  • Must be able to navigate technology easily.
  • Must be able to train and develop new sales consultants
  • Will manage sales meetings and join National zoom meetings.
  • Must be a positive example for new recruits and sales leaders.
