Social Worker-Hickory Behavioral Network

Direct Report to Director of Clinical Services

Primary Purpose and Function:

The Social Worker will provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to a select caseload of male and female patients suffering from a variety of behavioral heath disorders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and Current Ohio Licensure (LSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC, LISW)
• At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and EMR use required
• Impeccable ethics, integrity, and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
• Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients with sound clinical judgement
• Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills
• Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred
• Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation is REQUIRED

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provision of individual therapy to caseload of patients
• Timely and complete medical documentation
• Participation in utilization review when necessary
• Upholds familiarity with State and Federal laws and regulations
• Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards

Pay Band: Full Time- $60,000-$80,000
